Welcome to Full Relish. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Full Relish ("we", "us") governing your use of the Full Relish app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Full Relish is a personal cooking app with an AI sous-chef that helps you build, save, organize, cook, and share recipes. We may update, add, or remove features over time.
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use Full Relish. Provide accurate information and don't share your account.
Recipes, substitutions, and cooking guidance in Full Relish are generated by AI and are provided for general informational purposes only. They may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for using your own judgment when cooking — including verifying ingredients, cooking temperatures and times, food-safety practices, and especially allergens. Do not rely on Full Relish to identify or avoid allergens or to provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. If you have a food allergy or medical condition, confirm everything independently. We are not liable for any outcome of preparing or consuming a recipe.
You keep ownership of the recipes, photos, notes, and other content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content to operate the Service for you (for example, generating a public link when you choose to share a recipe). You're responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights to it.
Full Relish is for cooking. Don't use it to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload harmful or abusive content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or misuse the AI for purposes unrelated to food and cooking.
The Full Relish app, name, design, and software are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our branding except to use the app as intended.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or suitable for your needs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using Full Relish and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.
We may update these Terms; we'll revise the effective date above when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
